<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>Post-Adoption Support<\/h1><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>Family Partnerships of Central Florida provides post-adoption support in the form of:<\/span><\/p>\n\n- Follow-up counseling.<\/span><\/li>\n
- A monthly stipend.<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n
- Child-specific support, as needed.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Medicaid eligibility until the age of 18.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
- Tuition exemption at a Florida State college, university or vocational school, until the student reaches the age of 28.<\/span><\/li>\n
- An a<\/span>doption support group.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Post-adoption, there may be even more services and programs available to you and your adoptive child provided by Camelot Community Care<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n
\nIf you would like to receive your monthly stipend electronically, please complete our direct deposit form<\/a><\/span>. Please choose either the individual or joint bank account option. <\/strong>Once the form is completed, the information provided will be entered into our electronic payment system.
