The program was designed to recruit and retain high performing\u00a0child protective investigators, case managers and case management supervisors who have either a bachelors or masters degree in social work.<\/p>\n<p>Annual payments of up to $3,000 are available to those who qualify and can cover loan costs for tuition, books, fees and living expenses. The application period is October\u00a01 &#8211; 31, 2014.
